A dynamic professional with 35years of experience in following sectors: Solar Power, Eco development, Greening India, Rural upliftment in Project Development, EPC activities, Technical documentation, Bid management, Installation & commissioning, Training awareness, Plantation etc.
He leads business and project development, financial and capital-related efforts along with crafting the company’s long-term strategy. He works at creating key relationships, and building a worldwide team to put in place innovative business models and project development approaches to deploy solar technology effectively across the nation.
Interpersonal effectiveness & influencing skills with excellent Manpower & Resource Management. Expertise in managing entire operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
As a Co-Founder, He has has guided the company’s strategy, project execution, technology and
engineering efforts, with a primary focus on strong delivery of solar solutions and market development.

Chetan was entrusted with the responsibility of developing Solar business when it was established in the year 2010. With his entrepreneurial spirit and excellent management abilities, he has built the solar empire with over 30+ MWp solar portfolio.
He has developed his expertise in Project Management, Project Analyst, Design & Engineering, Business and Project Modeling, Business Development, Bid Management.
He has pioneered efforts towards providing end-to-end engineering solutions, from initial scoping to actual project design, engineering, supervision and construction. He builds and drives the team, and has built its capability to handle a vast portfolio of solar projects.
Akshay has varied exposure in corporate strategy, restructuring, financial planning, budgeting & performance benchmarking. He holds Environmental Engineer degree and having post graduation from Renewable Energy engineering & Management from TERI Univeristy, New Delhi
He is highly specialized in Project Planning, Scheduling, Client Management, Risk Assessment as well as Budgeting & Control. He builds and drives the team, and has built its capability to handle a vast portfolio of solar projects. He is especially focused on driving the strategies for feasibility of the projects.
Akshay is a smart negotiator known for turning around the table. His innate ability to work impeccably with diverse culture people in his team has resulted in the company building some of the best solar Projects. Akshay is quick to adapt from a CEO in a boardroom to a project manager resolving challenges and giving direction to his team.
Saurabh is an energy professional expert and leads the team of operations and executions of solar projects Through the combination of his interested and awakened personality and professional competence as a solar Professional, he successfully managed his way through all operational areas of the company.
Mr. Saurabh leads the execution team from the front. He frame out the procurement and execution plan as per client requirement complying required standards and within timelines.
Before joining Paawan, He was holding a significant position in Sunshot Technologies, Genus and other reputed organizations of solar industry. He’s having experience to work with international clients of UAE, UK and Africa so he deals international opportunities from the front.He holds MBA degree in Project Management and Electronics & communication Engineering Degree. He also holds the certification of Power Generation from NTPC, New delhi.
